I offer free 45-minute exploratory sessions to evaluate if we are a good fit for each other and if your challenges are something I can support you with. Concessionary rates are available.

Whether you are recovering from a breakup, wondering how you can have the relationship you dream of or experiencing difficulties in your current relationship, I am here for you.

Disordered Eating
I help clients live a better and more fulfilling life by supporting them to overcome self-image, self-confidence, weight management and improve their relationship with food.

I believe that everyone has the resources within themselves to heal and grow. I work with my clients to identify their strengths and use them to overcome their challenges.
