Individual Therapy

Life transitions are natural and the struggles they bring are as unique as we are

Seeking help when life feels overwhelming can be an act of courage, especially when we think we should be able to sort ourselves out, and each stage of your life brings its unique challenges.

Are you starting to live independently and feeling confused about the direction you want to take? Are you struggling with your intimate relationships or still looking for a partner? You might want to become a parent and are aware of the unsolved problems your childhood left behind.

Or are you a parent and find it difficult to relate to your child? You find yourself without purpose and wondering why life feels empty. Your children have grown and are living their own lives, and the void they are leaving the nest feels overwhelming? If, on top of the above, you experience other difficulties, no matter how emotionally resilient you are, your distress might feel significant.

These life transitions are natural, and the struggles brought with each are as unique as we are. Sometimes, they are more destabilising than expected, and it is normal to feel vulnerable.

Alina Craciun - Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy

I offer individual counselling to adults struggling with various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, low self-esteem, and trauma. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help my clients reach their goals.

In individual counselling, we will work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. You will learn to identify and challenge unhelpful patterns and develop new coping skills. I will also provide you with support and encouragement as you work towards your goals.

I am committed to providing a safe and confidential space for you to explore your issues. Everyone deserves to be heard and understood, and I will do my best to create a therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect.
